Delivery information

Delivery to your nearest depot is included in the price of every fireplace. Whether you’re in Melbourne, Perth, or anywhere in between, we’ve got you covered.

We provide FREE FREIGHT to your closest depot and can recommend a local transport company to deliver the fireplace from the depot to your home using a hiab truck. Hiab services can range from $300-$700 depending on your location and the complexity of the lift. Organising of onsite installation and Hiab delivery is available on request.

If you purchase accessories at the same time as your outdoor fireplace or fire pit, they’ll be included in the free freight to your depot. Accessories ordered separately for an existing Trendz fire will incur a delivery fee.

Create a concrete footing based on supplied drawings

We'll deliver the fireplace to your local freight depot

A local hiab crane will deliver and lift the fireplace into position

The fireplace is secure in place and accessories are attached.

Installation

Step 1: Contract out or DIY a concrete pad for the fireplace to sit on

Step 2: Trendz delivers the fireplace to your local depot. A Hiab truck is required to bring the fireplace to your site. Either organised by the homeowner, builder or Trendz.

Step 3: Fix fireplace to the concrete pad with brackets if needed.

Step 4: Attach woodboxes if ordered with the fireplace.

Step 5: Slide the flue on. No fixings required for this unless an extentsion has been ordered.
