Steel Firebox
The Hudson is equipped with an innovative 6mm steel firebox and a double-skinned backplate. This design directs ambient heat back through the opening, rather than up through the flue or out through the walls of the fireplace.
Concrete Structure
The fireplace arrives as a single-piece concrete structure, offering a blank canvas for your personal touch. Delivered in a bare concrete finish, you can choose to plaster and paint it or clad it in a variety of materials to suit your design preferences.
The hearth at the front of the fireplace enhances its appearance while also catching any stray embers that may fall out. Available in either GRC concrete or a polished concrete finish, it adds a stunning feature to the fireplace.
The Hudson fireplace offers the option of 500mm or 800mm wide GRC concrete wood boxes. Lightweight and positioned beside the fire, these provide convenient wood storage and often enhance the overall aesthetic of the fireplace.
The chimney cap is made of stainless steel, designed to catch sparks and prevent rain from entering the chimney.
The mesh door is made from galvanized perforated steel, painted black to match the firebox. It’s an excellent addition for use at the end of the evening, helping to prevent sparks from escaping and reducing the risk of a fire hazard.
